To report an issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

Clear photos of the issue

Once approved, we will resolve the issue at no additional cost to you.

Wrong Item Received

If you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days and we’ll make it right as quickly as possible.

Refunds

Refunds are issued only for confirmed defective or incorrect items.
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.

Lost Packages
